Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks including injury, illness, weather disruptions, political
instability, and other unforeseen events. By booking through us, clients voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier policies. Wild Horses Adventure Travel Agency will make
every effort to assist, but is not responsible for penalties, loss of funds, or denied refunds from third parties.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, medical
emergencies, trip delays, or cancellations. It is the client's responsibility to secure appropriate coverage.

6. Documentation
Clients are responsible for securing valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.) required for
their destination. We provide guidance, but are not responsible for denied entry or travel restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wild Horses Adventure Travel Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from or related to the booking of travel services.
